Software As A Service End User License Agreement
The User Policy page describes what users are not allowed to do with the service and software, including: The notion of a narrowing wrap license commonly refers to the software licensing agreement that is included in a software package and is not accessible to the customer until after purchase. As a general rule, the license agreement is printed on paper contained in the boxed software. It can also be displayed on the screen during the user`s installation, in which case the license is sometimes called the Click-Wrap license. The client`s inability to verify the license agreement prior to the purchase of the software has led to the absence of legal difficulties in some cases. Qstrom may note this in Qstrom`s account information through general communication via software, email to the customer`s email address in Qstrom`s account information, or a written message sent to the customer by first-class mail or prepaid mail. This message is considered given at the end of 48 hours after shipping or mail (if paid by first class mail or in advance) or 12 hours after sending (if sent by email). The customer can communicate to Qstrom (this message is considered given if received by Qstrom) from one of the following points: The letter sent by the nationally recognized night delivery service or the first-class prepaid mail to Qstrom at the following address: 3.2. Cloud Services. They do not intentionally compromise (a) other customers` access to, use or security to the cloud service; (b) facilitate cloud attack or interruption, including denial-of-service attack, unauthorized access, penetration testing, crawling or spreading malware (including viruses, trojans, worms, development retard bombs, spyware, spyware, adware and cancelbots); (c) create an unusual spike or increase in your use of cloud service that has a negative impact on the operation of the cloud service; or (d) provide information that is not included in existing documents. The Board.C.A. must be clearly above the intellectual property provisions and without hidden or ambiguous terminology or language. A standard AEA gives the customer a non-exclusive right to use the software.
